When reporting an issue
- Game: Moonjunk Workshop / 달빛 고물상
- Test build: App version, device model, and iOS or Android version, if known
- What happened: What you were doing, what you expected, and what actually happened
- Optional attachment: A screenshot with personal information and notifications hidden
Do not send passwords, verification codes, sign-in tokens, card details, identity documents, or a full device backup. A description of the issue is enough to begin.
A save or sign-in problem?
Please preserve the current state instead of immediately deleting or reinstalling a test app. A device-only workshop can be separate from an account’s server save. Sign-in availability depends on the test build and service configuration.
For deletion, see the account deletion guide. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not complete server account deletion.
