Account deletion

How to request deletion of a Moonjunk Workshop / 달빛 고물상 account. This page is a guide, not an automated account deletion screen.

Last updated: September 13, 2026

The game is currently in development.Public player accounts are not available yet. The in-app steps below apply only to relevant test builds connected to the account service. You can also email us with a related enquiry if you do not have an account.

1. If you can access the app

  1. Open Account & backup in Moonjunk Workshop.
  2. Check that this is the account you want to delete and authenticate again with its linked Google or Apple sign-in.
  3. If a backup or progress request is awaiting confirmation, follow the app’s instructions to resolve it first. The delete button may be unavailable while a request is pending.
  4. Choose Delete account, read the explanation, and confirm. Check the result in the app. A network error or disabled button does not mean deletion has completed.

Permanent account deletion makes the associated server journey and cloud backups unrecoverable. Review the app’s explanation before deciding.

2. If you cannot access the app or deletion fails

Email an account deletion request to ialskdji@gmail.com

Use the subject “Moonjunk account deletion request” and tell us the sign-in provider you used (Google or Apple), the test app version if known, and why you cannot delete the account in the app. The operator will explain the necessary ownership verification and scope of processing. A sender’s email address alone is not proof of account ownership and does not trigger immediate deletion.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, sign-in tokens, card details, or identity documents. There is no need to attach original receipts or full save files to your initial request. Sending a request does not itself complete deletion; we will reply with the outcome of our review.

3. What the current implementation removes or may retain

The deletion path is implemented to remove linked sign-ins, cloud game backups, and the protected server journey, and to stop session access. The original device-only workshop is preserved separately. Account deletion does not mean every save file on the device is removed.

The current implementation may keep minimal purchase bindings to prevent reuse of previously claimed store evidence, internal account records including deletion status, and invalidated session metadata. Encrypted data and retry records needed to revoke Apple authorization may remain while revocation is pending. The schedule for deletion from operational backups and final retention periods have not yet been established.

This describes the current development state. Before app distribution, the exact retained data, purposes, periods, and backup deletion process must be finalized and disclosed. For current test data requests, the operator will check what is actually held and explain the processing result.
